- not intended to run in production
- stored in /src/test/resources/index.html (in a normal webapp it would be in /src/main/webapp)
- mapped in web.xml as a welcome-file

Security

All urls starting with /admin are secured so that only GAE admins can access the page. Register admin-only resources via Restless.addAdminOnly(...)
